Spring in a Glass (Green Smoothie)
This is a super quick and healthy green smoothie!

Healthy, Plant-based, Vegan
litre cold water
Apple roughly chopped
large handful of kale
handful of spinach
fresh wheatgrass blades
peeled lime or lemon
A few sprigs of fresh mint leaves
Blend into a smoothie. I use my trusted Vitamix.
Sip and chew your smoothie very slowly over 30 minutes at least, to activate the salivary enzymes and digestion, which is really important for gut and overall health. Rinse mouth afterwards with water to protect the enamel of your teeth.
