Menopause affects half the world’s population yet there is still a lot of stigma especially in the workplace which means people going through the perimenopause and menopause often have to put up with their symptoms of which there are 35 known ones, including hot flushes, night sweats, low libido, weight gain, anxiety and sleep disturbances.
In this interactive session in a beautiful space in Queen’s Park, I will share practical tips from over 35 years’ clinical experience as a surgeon, including proven nutrition and lifestyle approaches alongside western medicine. My daughter, Nutritionist Rohini Bajekal and I will bust myths throughout and have a lovely Q&A to wrap up the session. This event is open to women of all ages.
